Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your confirmed appointment time, you will receive a refund of your deposit and/or the cost of treatment if you paid in full.
Please note, if you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs before the treatment time, your deposit will be kept and no refunds will be offered.
Missed Appointments
Please note, if you miss your appointment, or our therapist attends your property and you are not in. You will be charged the full cost of the treatment unless specifically agreed with a member of our team. If you have only paid the deposit, this will be retained and you will be required to pay the remaining fee to the card details provided
Rescheduled Appointments
if you are unable to attend your confirmed appointment, you may reshedule online or by contacting us through email or phone, please note this should be done 24hours prior to the appointment time. Failure to do this will result in you being charged the cancellation fee of your deposit or full treatment.
Travel Service Charges
Our head office is located in Halesowen Birmingham where we operate a 20-mile radius included in the price. Please be aware if your booking falls outside of this range, you may be asked to pay additional travel fees. The base rate for this is 50p per mile.
